As Manila has been put in quarantine, live performances have been cancelled.

But this won’t stop the UP Symphonic Orchestra from sharing their gift of music to people.

SMA Founding Director John Raymond Sarreal has been choses as UPSO’s featured soloist for its first virtual performance.

Mr. Sarreal performed Cecille Chaminade’s Concertino Op. 107.

John Raymond’s lines were fluid and very singing which the orchestra matched with its vigor and intensity.

It was a great performance as well as the other pieces that the Orchestra have performed.

We do hope to see live concerts soon.
